All the receptionists on duty and maintenance man were all very helpful and attentive to my needs I also felt their sincerity in handling everything in a very hospitable and accommodating way I felt very much welcome and would like to thank them again for making my short stay very pleasant I also loved the property it made me feel first class enhanced by the professional service of the staff thank you

Large room with balcony. Clean and fresh. Many quality restaurants within walk. Especially Caxton St brewery.

It is the second time I come to this hotel. The location is great, but it's obviously getting old. The shower drain was not working well and the entire bathroom floor was full of water all the way to the carpet. Guests in other rooms are noisy: many party people at 3 AM just start talking in the hallway. But you can experience something right out of the 90s... you have to pay for internet! And it's super slow! I may stay these again because it's the only decent only in this area, but I would go elsewhere if I could.

One night away in this beautiful hotel and we are in love! From the time we parked the car we were welcomed and personally shown to the reception We had an upgraded room with beautiful furnishings and inclusions The staff organised the booking for the restaurant next door which was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back

Staff very attentive, made us feel at home and welcome. Lots of street noise below but couldn’t hear a thing in the room plus 24/7 access to coffee machine in the lobby. Great stay.

First time staying at the Hotel. We were very excited. The rooms were very dark, lacked lighting especially in the bathrooms, Restaurant staff were terrific, food was satisfactory but not a knockout as we were expecting. Overall a pleasant stay, but once was enough.
